1.Mission
This profile is for someone who is creatively driven, passionate, and curious about the Flooring/Marketing industry. It is an entry-level position on the Client Service team, working closely with internal teams on project- level work as both, a web designer and digital marketing person. You will design web page, manage social media campaigns, content calendars, maintain the company's content (marketing coordinator), among many other tasks, and measure the effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns.
2.Roles and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Optimizing the speeding of the websites on mobile friendly platforms and enhance the domain authority.
- Develop digital marketing concepts by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Develop promotion and advertising strategies with the marketing manager and document plans, while rolling them out in a timely manner
- Participate in the preparation of online promotional strategies by communicating and coordinating with management and owners.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing platforms.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
- Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences).
- Manage on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
Graphic and Web Designer
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop, illustrator & Adobe InDesign.
- Draft mock-ups of website designs, brochures, and any other marketing materials require Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mock-ups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials
- Coordinate with the content manager on the scope and direction of content creation. Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines

3.Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is a must.
- Certification as a graphic / web designer
- Knowledge of search engines and what makes a search engine friendly website, specifically SEO & SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe photoshop & illustrator applications
- Knowledge of and experience with technologies used in website front ends, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Web design experience, from business corporate to artist style websites- WordPress & WIX
- 1–2-year(s) web-designing experience with advanced skills
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and a graphic/web designer, particularly within a retail industry.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating creative designs while devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent knowledge of web design principles.
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
- Team player with superb interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has a finger on the pulse of what is happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for
learning.
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to scope out next generation web technologies and trends with a goal of keeping us on pace with technical advancements in the field.
